Paris Saint-Germain have agreed to sign Chelsea target and Inter Milan star Achraf Hakimi, as indicated by reports. 

Chelsea have been vigorously connected with the wing-back and were set up to offer parts in an arrangement for the Moroccan, yet Hakimi has decided to move to PSG.

According to Fabrizio Romano, an arrangement has been reached between the two clubs. 

Bury Milan will get €60 million with €10 million in additional items, carrying the arrangement to an aggregate of €70 million.
